Obtained her medical degree from the University of Medicine Cluj-Napoca in 2006.

During 2006 and 2015 worked in the pharmaceutical industry- sales and marketing department.

She completed residency in pathology in 2020 in Cluj-Napoca. In 2021 she worked as a pathologist in Resident laboratory Oradea.

Since 2021 Dr. Ghica joined the Humanitas Medlife Hospital Cluj-Napoca and coordinates activity in the pathology laboratory of the hospital.

Special interests: Endocrine pathology, neuropathology, breast pathology and gynaecological pathology.
