Dr. Mihaela Elena Nedelcu is a Senior Consultant Rheumatologist with over two decades of experience in healthcare, currently practicing at MedLife Polisano Clinic in Sibiu, Romania. She combines medical expertise with a multidisciplinary perspective on patient care, medical education, and clinical research. She graduated from the “Victor Papilian” Faculty of Medicine, Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu, and completed her residency in Rheumatology at the Sibiu County Emergency Clinical Hospital. In 2019, she became a Board-Certified Rheumatologist, and in 2025 she achieved the title of Senior Consultant (Medic Primar) in Rheumatology. Her professional training is complemented by postgraduate studies in Healthcare Management and additional certifications in General and Musculoskeletal Ultrasonography, obtained through national and international programs, including the Jefferson Ultrasound Research and Educational Institute (USA). Alongside her clinical practice, she has participated in multiple clinical and observational studies, serving as sub-investigator, study manager, and principal investigator, contributing to the advancement of evidence-based therapies in rheumatology.
